¨ Preparation of work scope and cost estimates.
¨ Supervise on-site construction and work of participating families.
¨ Coordinate subcontractors.
¨ Prepare jobsite progress reports.
Qualified applicants must be capable of passing a physical, have good written and verbal communication skills, hold a valid drivers license, capable of lifting a minimum 20 lbs., and possess at least of two years of new construction experience (ground up building). Construction Supervisor—Position Summary

The Group Worker/Loan Packager will be responsible for program outreach and assist families with completion of loan documents. The successful candidate must have:
¨ Good written and verbal communication skills
¨ Be able to follow instructions
¨ Work well independently and be a team player
¨ A High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
¨ At least two years administrative, personnel or retail management experience
¨ Functional computer knowledge with most Microsoft programs and basic office equipment.
Group Worker/Loan Packager—Position Summary
The Secretary/Bookkeeper will be responsible for the performance of general secretarial duties administrative support for the Self Help Program. Specific duties include double entry bookkeeping, financial reports, maintaining Self-Help personnel records, and working closely with the Self Help Program Executive, Group Worker and Construction Supervisor. The successful candidate must have:
¨ A High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
¨ At least two years related experience
¨ A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
¨ A Working knowledge of computers and computer software programs that include Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus.
¨ Ability to operate various types of office equipment (e.g. copy, fax, calculator, and basic multi-line telephone systems).
¨ Good written and verbal communication skills
¨ Work well independently as well as in a team environment
