The Corporation for Healthy Homes is very pleased to announce the development of a 10 unit single family community “Chaplin’s Cove” located in Delmar Maryland.
Inquires and lot reservation for the last lot of the Chaplin’s Cove subdivision are being accepted. Site work has begun home construction is scheduled for 2008 through summer 2009.

The Corporation for Healthy Homes & Economic Development (CHHED) hereby gives notice to Maryland Licensed contractors who desires placement on the contractor’s notification list. Bidding opportunities are open for participation for the development of a single family subdivision “CHAPLIN’S COVE”
Please register with CHHED by completing a Contractor Registration Form (CRF) or call 410.543.9611, toll free 866.543.9611.
Contractors shall provide their company name, address, telephone number, Maryland Home Improvement License Number, County Plumbers and Electrical License Number as well as the name of a contact person. Women and Minority Owned businesses are encouraged to register.
