THE ESHER FUND

Bridging the Gap for Rural Families

The Eastern Shore Housing Resource Fund (ESHR)  is a developing venue to address housing repair needs for the citizens of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

The Eastern Shore is comprised of rural communities with small townships.  Limited income families living outside of city boundaries are out of reach by most organization and are in the greatest need for repair of dilapidated housing conditions.

Unable to afford to improve living conditions, limited income rural families face loss of property and in many cases become homeless.

With your contribution, the Eastern Shore Housing Resource Fund (ESHR) will provide a continuum of needed resources.  As a matching grant or low interest Loan ESHR can provide strong leverage with government and private funding resources to make more housing rehabilitation projects possible.

Join The Corporation for Healthy Homes & Economic Development in strengthening the ESHR Fund to build brighter tomorrows for the Eastern Shore’s limited income rural families.

We can not do it alone together with the ESHR FUND you can make a difference.
